Recipes Using Meadowgold Products
Meadowgold Cheddar Mac & Cheese
- 2 cups Meadowgold Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions: Cook macaroni. Melt butter, stir in flour, then milk. Add cheese, stir until melted. Combine with macaroni, season, and serve.
Meadowgold Yogurt Parfait
- 1 cup Meadowgold Yogurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup fresh berries
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions: Layer yogurt, granola, and berries in a glass. Drizzle with honey and enjoy.
Meadowgold Butter Biscuits
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Meadowgold Butter, cold
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions: Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Add milk, mix to form dough. Cut biscuits, bake at 425°F for 12-15 min.
Meadowgold Creamy Potato Soup
- 4 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Meadpwgold Cream
- 1/2 cup Meadowgold Milk
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions: Cook potatoes and onion in butter. Add milk and cream, simmer until thick. Season and serve hot.
