Three-Cheese Blend
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar 5 lb.
 - 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella 5 lb.
 - 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan 5 lb.
 
Instructions: Mix all three cheeses together for the perfect pizza topping, quesadilla filling, or pasta garnish. Store in refrigerator and use as needed for any dish requiring melted cheese.
Cottage Cheese Berry Bowl
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese (4%)
 - 1/2 cup granola
 - 1/2 cup fresh berries
 - 1 tbsp honey
 - Chopped nuts (optional)
 
Instructions: Layer cottage cheese, granola, and berries in a bowl. Drizzle with honey and add nuts if desired. A protein-packed breakfast!
Vanilla Chocolate Swirl
- 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream (3 Gallon)
 - 1 cup Chocolate Milk (Half Gallon TruMoo)
 
Instructions: Let vanilla ice cream soften slightly. Slowly pour chocolate milk over scoops of vanilla ice cream, creating a marbled swirl effect. Serve immediately as a decadent dessert treat.
Creamy Potato Soup
- 4 cups potatoes, diced
 - 1 cup Half & Half
 - 1/2 cup Whole Milk
 - 1/2 cup onion, chopped
 - 2 tbsp butter
 - Salt & pepper to taste
 
Instructions: Cook potatoes and onion in butter. Add milk and half & half, simmer until thick. Season and serve hot.
Ultimate Cheese Tasting Board
- 4 oz Sharp Cheddar 8 oz.
 - 4 oz Pepper Jack 8 oz.
 - 4 oz Smoked Gouda Roll 6 lb.
 - 4 oz Blue Cheese Crumbled 5 lb.
 - Sliced Swiss Natural 1.5 lb.
 
Instructions: Arrange all cheeses on a large platter. Let come to room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. Perfect for entertaining or as a protein-rich snack selection.
Cottage Cheese & Sour Cream Dip
- 2 cups Cottage Cheese 4% 16 oz.
 - 1 cup Sour Cream 16 oz.
 - 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Jack 5 lb.
 - 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Crumbled 5 lb.
 
Instructions: Mix cottage cheese and sour cream until smooth. Fold in shredded cheddar jack and blue cheese crumbles. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Perfect protein-rich dip.
Creamy Beef Stroganoff
- 1 lb beef strips
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 1/2 cup half & half
 - 8 oz egg noodles
 - 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
 - 2 tbsp butter
 - 1 packet onion soup mix
 
Instructions: Brown beef in butter, add mushrooms. Stir in soup mix, sour cream, and half & half, simmer 10 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles.
Classic Strawberry Milkshake
- 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
 - 1/2 cup whole milk
 - 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
 - 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - Reddi Whipping Cream for topping
 
Instructions: Blend ice cream, milk, strawberries, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream and fresh strawberry.
Loaded Baked Potato Dip
- 1 cup sour cream
 - 20 cream cheese portions (1 oz each), softened
 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
 - 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
 - 3 green onions, chopped
 - 1 packet ranch dressing mix
 - Tortilla chips for serving
 
Instructions: Mix cream cheese portions and sour cream until smooth. Stir in ranch mix, half the cheese, bacon, and onions. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until bubbly.
Strawberry Chocolate Milk Float
- 1 cup Chocolate Milk (TruMoo Whole)
 - 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream (3 Gallon)
 - 1/2 cup Strawberry Milk (14 oz. ESL)
 
Instructions: Pour chocolate milk into a tall glass. Add scoops of vanilla ice cream. Slowly drizzle strawberry milk over the top. Serve with a straw and spoon for the ultimate milk float experience.
Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes
- 3 lbs Yukon potatoes, peeled
 - 1/2 cup butter
 - 1/2 cup half & half
 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh chives for garnish
 
Instructions: Boil potatoes until tender, 15-20 minutes. Mash with butter and half & half. Stir in parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Garnish with chives and serve hot.
Cookies & Cream Milkshake
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
 - 1/2 cup whole milk
 - 6 chocolate sandwich cookies
 - 1/4 cup half & half
 - 2 tbsp powdered sugar
 - Extra cookies for garnish
 
Instructions: Blend ice cream, milk, and 4 cookies until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip half & half with powdered sugar until thick. Pour milkshake into glasses, top with whipped mixture and crushed cookies.
